Beetje te veel mail maar perfecte follow up. Fantastische service en een webshop die zeker om zijn klanten geeft. Ik had aangegeven dat ik erg veel mails ontving met de vraag om een review te schrijven (meerdere mails per bestelling). Vervolgens ben ik gelijk gebeld met de vraag om wat voor mails het ging aangezien het waarschijnlijk om een probleem ging en ze willen voorkomen dat andere klanten daar ook last van hadden. Ze laten zien erg betrokken te zijn en hebben klanttevredenheid hoog in het vaandel staan. Ik ga hier zeker weer bestellen.

Consistent top quality products Sirius never failed with me, whether I purchase from NL or elsewhere within the EU their product always arrive when they say they will and always work . Home growth kits always produced more than one flushes if I follow the instructions. One time I was feeling opportunistic and I tried to use my own container for the mycelium and it didn't work but this was on my part mistake. There is indeed always a gift in every box, lighters, stickers even a tote one time! I am shocked at the price friendly Sirius service that never fails.
