Snow fungus (Tremella fuciformis), also known as white jelly fungus or silver ear mushroom, is a species of fungus growing mainly in subtropical and tropical climates such as the Caribbean, Africa, Asia, and Australia. It is a parasitic yeast that grows a slimy film until it finds a host to be able to form the gelatinous fruiting bodies. Snow fungus has been used for its health benefits and has been part of Traditional Chinese Medicine for ages. The fungi are loved for their skin rejuvenating abilities, reducing the appearance of freckles and promoting a youthful glowing skin complexion. 
The Western community has started to pick up this interesting fungus and the benefits extrapolate more than just to the skin. It contains a powerful antioxidant, superoxide dismutase, that is associated with the protection of blood vessels in this skin. It also improves moisture retention in the skin, promotes collagen production, and has anti-inflammatory effects. So it makes sense that the fungus is loved for its positive effects on the skin. Recommended dosage

One capsule contains 400mg of dried Tremella fuciformis fruiting body extract.
Take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times daily, preferably before or after a meal.
