Foutje kan gebeuren, verder perfecte service. Er was iets mis gegaan met mijn zending waardoor hij niet meteen verzonden was. Na een mail vanuit mij werd er snel gereageerd en hebben ze probleem direct verholpen. Daarnaast wordt er goede zorg gedragen door mensen te vragen of ze ervaring hebben met de middelen die ze verkopen, met daarnaast extra advies en info over het gebruik van bepaalde producten. Dit geeft wel het gevoel dat ze serieus met hun producten om gaan en niet zoals sommige andere smart shops er alleen zitten voor het geld.
