Of course, we hope that you are satisfied with your purchases at Sirius.nl. Should this not be the case, you can return your purchased item. Here are some conditions that we would like to disclose.
4. Return Conditions
- You are entitled to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of your order without receipt of the order.
- After you indicate that you want to use the revocation right, you will have 14 days to return your products.
- If possible, return the item to the original and unopened packaging.
- We would appreciate it if you tell us the reason for your return. This is optional. This can be done by means of a letter by return or by e-mail to the following email address: [email protected]. Please also add your name and order number.
- Return shipping can be sufficiently franked.

- We will refund the purchase price, including shipping charges for the shipment, back to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after cancellation of the purchase agreement. We may wait for refund until we receive your return, or until you have shown that you have shipped it.
- You can review the product to see if you want to keep the product. If you do more than just assess the product, and if any damage occurs, you are liable for the impairment as a consumer.
