Cash by mail

When you place your order, you can choose the payment option 'cash by mail'.
After completing the order, you will receive an email from us with the order number, the total amount of your order and the address to send the money to:

• Put the exact total amount in euros in a sturdy envelope with a note bearing the order number as stated in the confirmation email.
• Make this envelope tightly closed, and then send it in a sufficiently stamped manner. Postage charges are for your own account.
• On the working day on which your envelope with correct contents is delivered to us, we will send your order.
• You will then receive an email with a code to follow your package.

Please note that sending cash by post is the least secure of all payment methods.
Delivery services such as mail can seldom be held liable for missing or undelivered cash envelopes, and Sirius does not take any responsibility for this.
