The Mazatapec magic mushrooms, together with the Mexican mushroom, are the two main types that originate from Mexico. They belong to the Psilocybe cubensis, a well-known psychedelic mushroom variety with psilcybin and psilocin as main active ingredients.These exotic species share a few characteristics and were both widely used by the indigenous people of these areas. This Mazatec people has a very long tradition in the use of magic mushrooms. Their cradle is Oaxaca in Mexico. Numerous ceremonies have been organized here during which they ate these mushrooms. This was only done at night. The Mazatec people believed that consuming mushrooms in daylight would cause madness. The whole family took part in these ceremonies; mother, father, children, uncles and aunts ate the mushrooms together and made the journey to a higher dimension. 

Growing Mazatapec Mushrooms

Growing Mazatapec mushrooms is satisfying, because they reward you generously with a high yield. However, the growing process can take longer than with other species. So be patient and give them the time they need to fully develop. The quickest and best results are achieved by keeping the temperature at the right level, day and night. These exotic mushrooms love a pleasant temperature of around 23 degrees Celsius.

Effects of Mazatapec Mushrooms

What can you expect from the Mazatapec mushroom? From experience stories it appears that this mushroom is suitable for the novice tripper. The visual effects are strongly present, as well as the spiritual side, which can give rise to beautiful visions and ideas, thoughts. It is reported that Mazatapec mushrooms have less impact on the body (this is called bodyload). It is an ideal species for creative purposes, to move (dancing, walking in the woods), and enjoy open-eye and closed-eye visuals. The effects can be felt after just 15 minutes.

Warning:

Mazatapec Magic Mushrooms are not suitable for people under the age of 18. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not combine with drugs, alcohol or medication. Do not use when driving motorized vehicles.  

Caution: The substrate contains gluten. The mushrooms themselves contain traces of this. Not suitable for people with (severe) gluten intolerance.

Note: Start growing as soon as you have received the grow kit. If this is not immediately possible, store the kit at a temperature of 15 degrees Celsius.

Usage

The structure of the active substances psilocybin and psilocin is similar to that of the psychedelic substance DMT. The substances are easily absorbed by the body. Do not eat a few hours in advance. A trip takes 4-8 hours.
