It is created by pressing the seeds of industrial hemp.
This oil contains, for instance, omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids along with all the essential amino acids our body needs.
This oil can be used internally and/or externally on a daily basis.
The frequency and amount of oil per dose can be adjusted as needed.

Usage, dosage & storage

HZO+ has a mild, creamy, nutty flavour and can be used daily internally and/or externally as needed. For example, take the oil:

1-2 teaspoons per day as a maintenance dose
through food as a dressing
in a smoothie
apply directly to the skin

Store cool, dry and dark. In the fridge you can keep it for a long time, outside the fridge it will keep for about 3-6 months. After this, the flavour will deteriorate but the effect will remain the same for a long time.

What is CBD?

CBD (CannaBiDiol) is a substance (cannabinoid) in the cannabis plant. CBD has no psychoactive effects. CBD oil comes from legal industrial hemp as grown for fiber and seed. Whether CBD works for you is a matter of trying it out.
