UPS return service

For the return of products covered by warranty, we use UPS return service. You can also use our UPS return service for the return of a product within 14 days. We will then prepare a UPS shipment and let you know by e-mail what the costs will be for this. After all, these will be for your account if you have reconsidered your purchase, and will be deducted from the purchase amount to be refunded. If you agree, you will receive a return label by e-mail, to print and put on the package. Make sure that the product is well packed, so that it arrives in good condition with us. Then you can drop off the package with shipping label at a UPS Access Point. In the mail with the shipping label we will make some suggestions for addresses near you, based on the delivery address of your original order. Alternatively, you can search the UPS website for another UPS Access Point that is more convenient for you.

If you want to return a product to us yourself with another, more economical service, you can do so in consultation with us. But never send a product back without our permission.

What can you do when you want to renounce the purchase within the reconsideration period?

If you have ordered something from a webshop, you have 14 days to reconsider from the day of receipt. Within that time you can, without giving any reasons, renounce your purchase.

Want to return a product? Then use the contact form to send us a message, in which you indicate to renounce the purchase.
The costs of returning the goods are for the account of the customer. When you make use of our UPS return service, these costs will be deducted from the refundable purchase price.
We will not refund the purchase price until we have received the product.
Always keep a copy of the email you sent as evidence. In addition, always keep proof of return of the product.

For which purchases don't you have a cooling off period?

You cannot return everything you buy online. Some products do not have a cooling-off period, such as products that have a reduced price and products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life, such as magic truffles and grow kits. Hardware, such as vaporizers, grow tents and related accessories and parts, are not subject to the cooling-off period rules and cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened.

What can you do with the product during the cooling-off period?

You must be able to assess the product to see if you want to keep it. You may open the packaging to view the product, provided you do it properly.

Packages of food supplements and herbs can no longer be returned after opening, for food safety reasons!

You may not actually use the product if you do not yet know if you like it. Sirius may charge a fee if, after return shipment, it appears that you have done something with the product that was not necessary to assess it.

What can you do if you have received a faulty product?

If you order something from Sirius, you are entitled to a good product. A product is faulty if, for example, it is incomplete, damaged, broken or not working. If you have received an unsound product, please contact us first so that we can find a solution together.

- If you can prove within 6 months after purchasing your product that it is not sound, we will in most cases arrange replacement as soon as possible.
- If you have been using the product for more than 6 months, we will first have to assess the product to determine whether it is not subject to normal wear and tear due to use. After 6 months after purchase we first contact our supplier, who will determine whether the product qualifies for replacement or repair.
