Place an order

For a trouble-free ordering process, follow the following steps.

The steps in the ordering process

1. Select the products and place them in the shopping cart. For some products, you must choose different options, such as package size, colour or wattage.
2. Go to the cart by clicking on the symbol and check your order before continuing.
3. If you have an account and are not logged in, you can do this now. If you do not have an account yet, you can create it immediately. Always check if your order is correct.
4. Do you have a discount code? Then you can enter them at the bottom of the page.
5. Then go to 'Pay & send'.
6. Then choose the payment method (see our payment options), and optional special delivery service.
7. Finally, you can complete the order and possibly pay immediately.

Country restrictions

On each product page is specified to which countries it can be sent. Certain products in our webshop are not allowed in all countries. If we know that a product is prohibited in a particular country, it is not possible to order that product for a shipping address in the country concerned. Due to changes in legislation, our information may be incorrect. It is therefore the responsibility of the customer to keep up with the legal status of desired products before ordering them.
