Delivery time

Orders placed and paid for on Monday - Friday before 16:00 pm will be shipped the same day.  
PostNL usually delivers shipments within the Netherlands within 24 hours.
In the other EU countries, orders are delivered as standard within 1-3 working days* after shipment. With Express Saver service usually even the next working day.
* Except Bulgaria, Romania, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania and Portugal: only with UPS Express Saver within 3 working days, with UPS Standard up to a maximum of 10 working days.

Note that Freshbox magic truffles are not send outside of the Netherlands after wednesday 16:00 pm, because we can not guarantee freshness when they have been in transit over the weekend. Freshbox magic truffles are therefore shipped exclusively on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays till 16:00 p.m. outside the Netherlands.
Fresh Freshbox magic truffles, which are shipped with disposable cooling, should be placed in the refrigerator immediately after receipt!

Seeds cannot be sent by UPS. These are sent via PostNL and the local postal delivery services. The delivery times of these are usually longer. When ordering both seeds and other products, 2 packages may be sent with different delivery dates.

After sending you will receive details about your shipment via e-mail, which you can use to track your shipment.

Packages are not picked up and delivered by PostNL and UPS on the following holidays:
New Year's Day, Easter Sunday and Monday, Kingsday (April 27), Ascension, Whit Sunday and Monday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Deliveries will be delayed by 1 or 2 working days.
