Addresses within the Netherlands are shipped with PostNL. If possible, we will ship the order as a letterbox package, but generally as a standard package. You also have the option to choose a UPS service.
Because of the reliability and fast service, Sirius has chosen to ship orders to the other EU countries with UPS.
PLEASE NOTE: During the summer season, Black Friday, Blue Monday, Saint Nicholas and Christmas, we expect that there may be delays in parcel delivery due to peak rush and understaffing at delivery services. Please note that this is not only the case with the delivery services we work with, but that this is the case with all delivery services. Should this happen to your parcel, please note that we will always send your parcel on the same day we receive your payment. You will also receive your Track & Trace data for this purpose. Seeds cannot be sent by UPS. These are sent via PostNL and the local postal delivery services. The delivery times of these are usually longer. When ordering both seeds and other products, 2 packages may be sent with different delivery dates.
Orders placed and paid on Monday - Thursday before 4pm will be dispatched the same day. After dispatch, you will receive details of your shipment via e-mail, allowing you to track your package(s).
Packages are not picked up and delivered by PostNL and UPS on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter Sunday and Monday, King's Day (27 April), Ascension, Whit Sunday and Monday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Deliveries will be delayed by 1 or 2 working days.
