For shipments to addresses in the other EU countries, the following options are available:

• UPS Standard: Sirius.nl chooses the best and most economical solution for your order. Usually this is the UPS Standard service. Delivery in almost all EU countries within 2 -3 working days Monday to Friday during business hours, with accurate tracking information and signature for receipt.
• UPS Access Point: economical delivery with the security of UPS, to a location near you where you can collect your order at your convenience.
• UPS Express Saver: option for guaranteed next business day delivery (Monday to Friday during business hours) in almost all EU countries, with signature for receipt and accurate tracking information.
• PostNL: Seeds cannot be sent by UPS. These are sent via PostNL and the local postal delivery service in the destination country. The delivery time of these is usually longer. When ordering both seeds and other products, 2 packages may be sent with different delivery dates.

UPS

UPS delivers on Monday through Friday during office hours. Once the shipment has been created, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking code so that you can follow your package on ups.com. A signature is required for receipt.

Are you not at home at the moment of delivery?

In small villages or in remote locations there will be a maximum of 2 new delivery attempts. We recommend that you contact UPS Customer Service (see ups.com for local contact details) to arrange an appropriate delivery time. If the driver cannot deliver the package at the third attempt, the shipment will be returned to Sirius. nl. Shipping costs will still be charged.

In cities and larger towns, if you are not at home, your package will be delivered to a UPS Access Point; this is usually a shop with large opening hours, within walking distance of your delivery address, so that you can pick up the package at a convenient time.
