By default, orders are sent as parcels, but small items are sometimes sent in an envelope or letterbox package. On the day of dispatch you will always receive an e-mail with track & trace barcode so that you can follow your shipment on postnl.nl.
So always check that your e-mail address and other details are entered correctly!
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can choose a new delivery time on the PostNL website or collect your parcel from a service point nearby. Mailbox deliveries will of course be delivered as usual.
UPS delivers on Monday through Friday during office hours. Once the shipment has been created, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking code so that you can follow your package on ups.com. A signature is required for receipt. Are you not at home at the moment of delivery? In small villages or in remote locations there will be a maximum of 2 new delivery attempts. We recommend that you contact UPS Customer Service (see ups.com for local contact details) to arrange an appropriate delivery time. If the driver cannot deliver the package at the third attempt, the shipment will be returned to Sirius. nl. Shipping costs will still be charged. In cities and larger towns, if you are not at home, your package will be delivered to a UPS Access Point; this is usually a shop with large opening hours, within walking distance of your delivery address, so that you can pick up the package at a convenient time.
For orders below a certain minimum amount we charge shipping costs. For more information about shipping costs, please refer to 'Rates'.
