The use of some products from our smartshop is not without risks. Therefore, always read the instructions and warnings on our site and on the packaging of the product. In some cases, the risks are such that we would like to contact you personally first to determine if the product in question is appropriate for you. We do that in our physical stores as well, but for the online shop things are just a little different of course.
When you are new to our shop and order a risky product, your order will be put on hold. One of our staff will contact you by phone and ask you some questions. When we decide that you can order the product in question, you can complete the order.
Use of our products, and especially those for which an account check is required, remains at your own risk. The fact that we take this effort should actually make you think twice about your choice!
